NJ JACKSON — Jackson Zoning Board approves four resolutions in reserve meeting with no applications. The board unanimously approved variances for a six-foot front-yard fence at 2 Albany Avenue and a bulk variance for Harmony Road, in addition to unanimously memorializing two prior determinations on the Cardinale and Jackson Crossing/Adventure Crossing development. Resolution 2026-22 formalized the amended site plan and conditional use d-6 height and d-3 variances for Adventure Crossing Plan 776-6 Phase 1-D; Resolution 2026-23 memorialized the May 6 determination on residential density calculation for Adventure Crossing Phase 1, covering Block 3001, Lots 2, 3, and 4.
