NJ JACKSON — Jackson Zoning Board deferred decision on Butterfly Corner LLC's 18,600 sq ft professional office proposal. The application, heard September 16, sought three D-3 variances and seven design waivers for a two-story office building at E. Veterans Highway and Butterfly Road in the R-1 residential zone.
Attorney Salvatore Alfieri argued the 2025 Master Plan recommended neighborhood commercial rezoning, making the office fully conforming. Board planner Ernest Peters stated the property was not specifically named in the Plan's rezoning table. The application was carried to October 7, with traffic testimony tabled.
A separate GM Land Holdings LLC density variance application was also continued to October 7.
