Environmental Commission withholds approval of Whitesville Road project

NJ JACKSON — Jackson Environmental Commission withholds approval letter for Whitesville Road office and warehouse project. The commission identified five environmental concerns with the planned three-story, 27,750-square-foot development at 510 Whitesville Road, including Basin Number 1 discharge point placement, septic field proximity to wetlands, and the project's previously denied history. Chair Ray Tremer III confirmed the commission will send concerns to Laura Morrison and Douglas Klee before the Planning Board hearing.
The commission also tabled a time extension request for 1020 Farmingdale Road until after Planning Board review and deferred two subdivision applications pending submission of build plans and completion of other approval processes.
