NJ JACKSON — Jackson Zoning Board approves dwelling variance for undersized residential lot. The board voted unanimously (7-0) to allow Gediminas Marcinkevicius to build a single-family home on a 40,008-square-foot lot in the R-3 zone despite the required 130,000 square feet, citing the lot's dimensional constraints created during 1990s subdivision. The applicant's engineer, Michael B.
Intile, testified the proposed 2.5-bath, sub-3,000-square-foot home was consistent with neighborhood dwellings. The board imposed conditions including no residential use of basement space, upsized stormwater management, and an 80-foot front setback.
