Zoning Board approves five applications in June meeting

NJ JACKSON — On June 17, the Jackson Zoning Board of Adjustment approved five applications. The board voted unanimously on variances for residential additions and outbuildings, with Chair Lynn Bradley presiding. Notable approvals included a 30-by-80-foot pole barn for Raymond Torres at 8 Dante Court, a garage and great room addition for Matthew and Elizabeth Flanagan at 616 Ollie Burke Road, a 40-by-40-foot detached garage for Mary Gazzanigo at 5 Dante Court to store classic cars and an RV, and a 14-by-30-foot storage shed for David Corniola and Traci Luisi at 2 Chopin Place.
The board also extended preliminary and final site plan approval through April 2027 for a commercial project at 1235 E. Veterans Highway pending county road approval.
