Zoning board approves Enzo's Restaurant warehouse site plan

NJ JACKSON — Jackson zoning board approves site plan for restaurant and warehouse complex. The board unanimously approved a preliminary and final site plan for Falzarano Group LLC at 237 W. Commodore Boulevard, limiting a 2,500-square-foot warehouse to two tenants instead of the originally proposed four.
The board imposed extensive conditions including an eight-foot privacy fence, landscaping on the western side, sidewalk fund contribution, and restrictions on vehicle storage and operating hours to address environmental and neighborhood impacts. The application, carried from multiple prior meetings since August 2025, required negotiation over impacts to a nearby riparian buffer zone and adjacent residential properties.
