NJ JACKSON — Jackson Zoning Board approves five variances at reorganization. The board re-elected Lynne Bradley as chair and Sheldon Hofstein as vice chair, set meeting dates for the first and third Wednesday of each month, and designated Asbury Park Press and Jersey Shore Online as official newspapers. Five property resolutions passed unanimously, including variances for a shed, pole barn, attached garage and great room, and detached garage, plus two one-year extensions for a mixed retail complex at 1235 E.
Veterans Highway. In live applications, the board granted Elaine McCrystal a two-year extension for a major subdivision and approved David and Suzanne Zoberman's fence variance request.
