Zoning Board Approves Concrete Batch Plant Variance

NJ JACKSON — Jackson Zoning Board votes to approve mobile concrete batch plant use variance. The board voted 7-0 to grant a use variance to 51 Progress Place LLC for a mobile concrete batch plant serving Richmond Redi Mix, with operations limited to five trucks, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. hours, and mandatory on-site septic and well systems. The 4.9-acre industrial site at Block 2401, Lot 8, expands use of a property previously approved for truck and equipment storage in 2022.

The board also approved a minor subdivision for Ira Port and Alan Cohn and deferred James Hughes's parking variance application to May 20, 2026.
