NJ JACKSON — Jackson Zoning Board approves three variances and office building amendment. The Jackson Township Zoning Board unanimously approved three property variance resolutions and an amended site plan for a major office building at 1197 E. Veterans Highway.
The Concourse Holdings project converts a previously approved two-story office building to three stories while reducing its footprint and increasing parking from 299 to 338 spaces, including 13 electric vehicle charging stations. The board also reorganized for 2026, appointing Morgan Municipal Engineering as Board Engineer and Remington and Vernick Engineers as both Conflict Engineer and Professional Planner.
